Delete Your Gold Cura Account

You may request deletion or deactivation of your Gold Cura customer account by emailing info@goldcura.com from the email address associated with the account.

Information to Include

  • Your full name
  • Your registered email address
  • Your phone number, where used for an order
  • A clear statement requesting account deletion

Verification and Processing

We may verify your identity before processing the request. After verification, we will delete or deactivate the customer account wherever legally and technically possible. We aim to process verified requests within 7–15 working days.

Records We May Need to Retain

Certain order, invoice, payment, shipping, warranty, fraud-prevention or support records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting or compliance purposes. Such information is retained only for the necessary period.
