Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Gold Cura accepts requests for eligible returns within 5 calendar days after delivery. Every request is subject to verification and inspection. Transit damage, a wrong product or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility

An eligible product must be unused, unopened where a seal is present, in its original condition and packaging, and complete with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards and proof of purchase.

Report Damage or a Wrong Item

Send your order number and clear photographs or videos of the outer packaging, shipping label, product box, product received and the reported issue within 24 hours. An unboxing video is strongly recommended for fragile or high-value equipment.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened dental consumables, disposables and sterilisation products
  • Used instruments or products exposed to clinical use
  • Products with broken seals, missing packaging or signs of use
  • Customised, private-label, special-order or specially procured products
  • Bulk, dealer, distributor and wholesale orders unless separate written terms allow a return
  • Clearance, exhibition or special-offer products marked non-returnable

Electronic Equipment and Warranty

Electronic equipment that has been installed, activated or used is assessed under the product-specific warranty or service terms rather than the standard return process. Depending on verification, support may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement or another approved resolution.

Email info@goldcura.com or call +91 91360 30433 before sending any item back. Include the order number, invoice number, product name, reason and supporting photographs or videos.

Return Shipping

For a verified wrong, damaged or defective-on-arrival product, Gold Cura may arrange reverse pickup or communicate an approved shipping resolution. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any non-refundable original shipping, COD, payment-gateway or handling charges, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received, inspected and approved. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to credit the amount.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once packed or shipped, any approved return is handled under this policy.
