Tracking Has Not Updated
Courier systems can take time to show the first scan after pickup. Allow reasonable time after receiving the dispatch confirmation. Delays can also occur because of weekends, holidays, remote locations, weather or transport disruptions.

Package Damage or Wrong Item
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery where reasonably possible. If already accepted, report transit damage, a wrong item or missing parts within 24 hours with photographs or video.
