White 20 mm 0.15 mm Finer canals and narrower preparations 40 pieces
Red 21 mm 0.25 mm Broader canal preparations 40 pieces

Choose the tip according to canal anatomy, preparation size and clinical judgement. The selected tip must fit passively and move freely; never force or bind it inside the canal.

Compatibility clarification: The separate 22 mm, 15/02 and 25/04 tips belong to the Gold Cura Easy Flow Endo Activator. They are not the tips supplied with this Digital Endo Activator, and compatibility should not be assumed.

Dental and Endodontic Applications

  • Sonic activation of irrigating solution after root canal preparation
  • Final irrigation workflows in endodontic treatment
  • Support for irrigant movement and exchange within the prepared canal
  • High- or Low-mode activation selected according to the clinical situation
  • Controlled sealer or compatible material-delivery workflows using MTA mode
  • Use by general dentists, endodontists and dental clinics

The device supports an established irrigation workflow; it does not replace canal preparation, irrigation, aspiration, isolation or professional clinical judgement.

How to Use the Digital Endo Activator

  1. Prepare and irrigate the root canal according to the clinician’s chosen endodontic protocol.
  2. Select the white or red tip based on the prepared canal. Confirm that the tip fits loosely and can move freely without engaging the canal walls.
  3. Secure the tip to the handpiece, then select High, Low or MTA mode and the required timer.
  4. For irrigant activation, introduce the tip passively into the irrigant-filled canal, remaining short of working length and without forcing it apically.
  5. Activate only while the tip can move freely. Use gentle movement and follow the supplied device instructions for technique and duration.
  6. Replenish or remove irrigant according to the clinical protocol, taking appropriate precautions to avoid apical extrusion.
  7. After use, remove and inspect the tip. Clean, sterilise, reuse or discard it according to the supplied reprocessing protocol.

Professional-use note: Follow the device instructions, irrigant instructions and accepted endodontic safety procedures. Do not mix irrigants unless the relevant manufacturers and clinical protocol permit it.

Cleaning, Sterilisation and Tip Reuse

  • The supplied tips may be autoclaved up to 10 times when reprocessed according to the recommended protocol.
  • Inspect each tip before every use. Discard it earlier if it shows wear, distortion, surface damage, poor retention or contamination that cannot be removed.
  • Clean and disinfect the handpiece according to the supplied instructions. Do not immerse or autoclave the handpiece unless the instructions specifically permit it.

Is this device sonic or ultrasonic?

This is a sonic endo activator, not an ultrasonic activator.

How many tips are supplied?

The box includes 80 tips: 40 white tips and 40 red tips.

What are the included tip dimensions?

The white tip is 20 mm long with a 0.15 mm tip diameter. The red tip is 21 mm long with a 0.25 mm tip diameter.

How do I choose between the white and red tips?

The white 0.15 mm tip is intended for finer canals and narrower preparations; the red 0.25 mm tip is intended for broader preparations. Final selection depends on canal anatomy and preparation size, and the tip must remain loose and free-moving.

Who should use this product?

This product is intended for trained dental professionals, including general dentists and endodontists.
