Important Satelec and Acteon Compatibility Notice
Acteon compatibility is not universal. Satelec is associated with the Acteon group, but Acteon and Newtron units use model-specific connectors. Use HD-7H only when the exact non-LED Satelec-type fitting matches.
The HD-7H is not automatically interchangeable with HW-3H, HW-5L or HD-7L. Compare the current handpiece base and hose connector with the product photographs. Some Acteon/Newtron systems require different SLIM or B.LED handpieces.
Common Compatible Configurations
HD-7H handpieces are commonly associated with selected non-LED DTE configurations within families such as V2, D2, V3, D3, D5, D6 and D7 and with selected systems using a matching Satelec-type connection. Production versions can differ, so verify the exact equipment manual and connector.
Not Suitable For
- LED or optic HD-7L connections
- EMS-type HW-3H or HW-5L connections
- Acteon/Newtron units requiring a different SLIM or B.LED connector
- Magnetostrictive ultrasonic scaler systems
